Eatlean Ingredients, a newly created division of the Joseph Heler group, is dedicated to pioneering and launching the Eatlean protein cheese range into the foodservice, out-of-home (OOH), and food manufacturing industries.
The venture is spearheaded by Richard Thorpe, a veteran in the cheese industry with over thirty years of experience, having collaborated with several leading cheese brands in the UK. His focus will be to guide the development and innovation of the Eatlean brand, positioning it as a key cheese component for ready-made meals and OOH dining options, particularly with the upcoming HFSS regulations in mind.
